We understand that plans can change, and we have designed our cancellation policy to be as clear, fair, and transparent as possible.<\/p>\n    <p>By making a reservation through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.<\/p>\n\n    <hr>\n\n    <h2>1. Cancellations and Modifications by the Client<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n        <li><strong>Full Refund (100%):<\/strong> You are eligible for a full refund of your reservation if you request cancellation <strong>more than 24 hours<\/strong> prior to the scheduled date and time of your tour.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Cancellations within 24 Hours:<\/strong> Cancellation requests made <strong>less than 24 hours<\/strong> before the tour&#8217;s start date and time <strong>will not be eligible for any refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>No-Show:<\/strong> If a client fails to arrive at the meeting point at the agreed-upon time for the tour, it will be considered a &#8220;No-Show.&#8221; In these cases, no refund will apply, nor will it be possible to reschedule the tour.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Rescheduling Your Tour (Date Change):<\/strong> You may request to reschedule your tour at no additional cost, provided you do so <strong>more than 24 hours<\/strong> before the original start time. All date changes are subject to our availability for the newly requested day and time.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>2. Cancellations by Punta Mita Experience<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n        <li><strong>Weather Conditions or Force Majeure:<\/strong> The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority. If a tour must be canceled by us due to unsafe weather conditions, dangerous surf, port closures ordered by the Port Authority (Capitan\u00eda de Puerto), or any other force majeure event, we will contact you immediately to offer the option to <strong>reschedule your tour at no cost<\/strong> or receive a <strong>100% full refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>3. Refund Processing<\/h2>\n    <p>Once a refund has been approved by our team, it will be issued through the same payment method used when making the reservation (Stripe).
