How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially in high season and on weekends. It matters even more for Hidden Beach tours: access is capped at 116 people per day across all operators. If your date is close, each tour’s calendar shows live availability.
Where is the meeting point?
All tours depart from Marina Punta Mita, at the northern tip of Banderas Bay, Nayarit. Once your booking is confirmed, we send you the exact location by WhatsApp or email. Please arrive 15 minutes before your departure time.
What happens if the weather doesn’t allow sailing?
If the forecast or the authorities indicate it is unsafe to sail, or the Port Authority (Capitanía de Puerto) closes the port, we let you know as early as possible and you choose between free rescheduling and a 100% refund.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your departure time, you get a full refund. Details are in the cancellation policy.
What if we are more than 13 people?
Each boat carries up to 13 people. For larger groups we arrange two boats: message us on WhatsApp or by email with your date and group size.
What languages are the tours in?
Spanish and English. The website is also in French, and on WhatsApp or by email we can help you in any of the three languages.
