How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3 to 5 days in advance, especially for tours during high season (December to April) or private expeditions to Hidden Beach, as daily access is strictly limited by CONANP.
What happens if weather conditions prevent sailing?
Your safety is our priority. If the Port Authority closes access due to bad weather, we will offer you the option to reschedule for the next available day or provide a full refund.
Where is the meeting point?
All our expeditions depart directly from the Punta de Mita Marina. We will send you the exact instructions and location via WhatsApp once your booking is confirmed.
