We begin by circumnavigating the islands to admire the impressive rock formations carved by time. During the ride, you will enjoy unique landscapes while your guide helps you spot marine life and tropical birds, especially the charismatic blue-footed booby.

The Great Adventure: Hidden Beach Access
The most thrilling moment of the tour arrives. To access, you will embark on a mini-adventure swimming approximately 80 meters (260 ft) with a life jacket through a natural cave.
Once you cross the cave, you will find yourself on an extraordinary beach located inside a crater open to the sky. Only 116 people per day can access this hidden paradise, and you will be one of them.

Return to the Marina
Navigation back to Punta de Mita Marina. A perfect time to process the experience, review your photos, and share impressions with your group about this extraordinary day. Estimated arrival: 2:00 PM.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the tour and what time is it?
The tour lasts 3 hours in total. Departure is at 11:00 AM from Punta de Mita Marina, and we return at approximately 2:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for check-in and the safety briefing.
What exactly is included in the $200 price?
The price includes all the essentials: a shared boat ride, an experienced captain and an expert local guide, life jacket, snorkeling equipment (mask and tube), access bracelets to the National Park and Hidden Beach, beverages on board (water and sodas), and the complete itinerary experience.
What is NOT included?
It does not include: transportation from your hotel to the marina, towels, tips for the crew (100% optional), alcoholic beverages, or any additional services not specified. We recommend bringing cash for: using the restrooms at the marina ($10 MXN per person).
What is the minimum age and are there health restrictions?
The minimum age is 10 years old due to the swimming required in the cave. This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, or individuals with heart problems or limited mobility. If you have any specific medical condition, please consult with us before booking.
Do I need to be a very good swimmer?
You need to feel comfortable in the water to cover approximately 80 meters in the cave. You will wear a mandatory life jacket at all times and will be accompanied by an expert guide. If you don't know how to swim, our guides can assist you during the access.
How many people are on the boat?
It is a shared tour with a maximum of 13 people per boat. We keep groups small to guarantee a quality experience, personalized attention from the guide, and greater comfort throughout the journey.
Can I use fins for snorkeling?
No, the use of fins is not allowed in the Marietas Islands. This is an official regulation from CONANP (National Commission of Protected Natural Areas) to protect delicate reefs and marine ecosystems.
How much time do I have at Hidden Beach?
You will have 30 minutes inside Hidden Beach. This time is regulated by park rangers to ensure the conservation of the site and allow all visitors of the day to enjoy this special place.
What should I bring with me?
Biodegradable sunscreen, a towel, swimwear already on, comfortable clothes for the return trip, a waterproof camera (optional), and cash for restrooms or tips. Everything else (gear, life jacket, drinks, access bracelets) is included.
What happens if it's canceled due to bad weather?
In the exceptional case that we must cancel due to adverse weather conditions or CONANP access closure, we offer you the option to reschedule your tour for another date at no additional cost or a full refund. Your safety comes first.
